The Mathematics IAL M1 — Mechanics 1 past papers in the collection that assess forces, newton's laws and friction.
These papers were read question by question, and each question tagged with what it assesses, so the questions on this topic are listed with each paper. Blind checks of 350 randomly chosen question parts (270 from Mechanics M1–M3, 80 from the other units), by readers who had not seen the tags, found 343 tagged with the right topic (95% confidence interval 95.9–99.0%). For the units other than Mechanics, second readers re-read 52 of the 190 papers independently and found 11 tags, of 1,320, that the first reading had missed.
